nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician in Ballarat to install, repair and maintain nbn products at customer premises, working autonomously and across various environments.
You will perform copper and fibre cabling tasks, CPE installations, fault diagnosis and service restorations while prioritising safety and exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license and robust communication skills are essential.
