Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Education, Sports and Community projects through all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and project teams to develop innovative design solutions.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Oversee the production and review of high‑quality design documentation and graphic presentations.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC) and project programmes.
- Mentor Graduate Architects and Architects, supporting their professional development.
- Contribute to design reviews, project strategy and the continued success of the studio.
Skills & Experience
- Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect in Australia.
- Experience delivering large-scale Education, Sports, Community, Commercial or Mixed-Use projects within Australia.
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC) and local construction methodologies.
- Proven experience leading projects through design, documentation and construction.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with Photoshop and InDesign experience highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, cooperative approach with a genuine passion for architecture that creates meaningful community outcomes.
