About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment (Pick / Pack) Team Leader to lead the day-to-day pick and pack operations at our Truganina warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and safely within required service levels, while driving team performance and continuous improvement across the order fulfilment function.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the floor — allocating labour, coaching your team, coordinating workflow with the Inventory, Inwards and Despatch teams, and stepping in alongside the team when needed to meet throughput targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise and support the Order Fulfilment team across daily pick and pack operations
- Allocate labour and manage workflow to achieve productivity targets and customer service levels
- Train, coach and develop team members in warehouse processes, WMS usage and safe work practices
- Oversee picking and packing to ensure orders are processed accurately, on time and to packing, labelling and documentation standards
- Maintain picking accuracy through WMS and RF scanning; investigate and resolve discrepancies and stock variances
- Support cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory control initiatives
- Champion WHS compliance — safe manual handling,



equipment pre-start checks, hazard and incident reporting, and housekeeping standards
- Identify and implement improvements to picking accuracy, productivity and operational efficiency

About You

- Previous experience in warehouse order fulfilment, logistics or pick and pack operations (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
- Strong understanding of pick and pack, fulfilment processes, and inbound/outbound workflows
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices
- Current LF (forklift) licence with demonstrated operational experience (essential)
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a quick-paced environment, with high attention to detail
- Proactive safety leadership and commitment to WHS compliance

Desirable: Certificate in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain (or working towards), ERP experience (Pronto, SAP or similar), First Aid Certificate, cycle counting/stocktake experience, and an understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
