deliver furniture for brands across Australia.
About the Role
This is a part time, hands-on role perfect for someone starting their career in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
You’ll work from our client’s warehouse each morning (7 AM – 11/12 PM, 4–5 hours/day), overseeing quality checks,
Inspecting vehicles and loads, and making sure everything’s ready for the day’s moves.
Bonus if you have:
• A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Internship experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations.
• A genuine interest in building a career in this industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Start your day at the warehouse (7 AM – 11/12 PM) overseeing quality checks and getting everything ready.
• Inspect packaging, loading, and vehicle conditions to make sure we’re meeting our standards.
• Occasionally visit job sites to audit completed moves, check assembly quality, and help fix customer issues.
• Handle quality concerns like incomplete assembly, minor damages, or complaints — you’ll verify, fix, and follow up.
• Coach our drivers and delivery teams to improve their work and prevent the same issues happening again.
• Take photos and short videos of before-and-after assembly, packing processes, and happy customers.
• Keep good records of what you find, what you fixed, and what we learned.
• Work with our operations team to spot gaps in our processes and suggest improvements.
Skill & Experience
• You’re detail-oriented and care about quality — you notice the small stuff.
• You communicate well and can solve problems on your feet.
• You can spot defects in delivery, packing, or assembly and know how to fix them.
• You are comfortable taking photos and videos (clear, well-lit, good angles).
• You are practical, hands-on, and like getting things done.
• You have a valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred, but we can provide one if needed)
• You are confident working independently and managing your own time.
