We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fixed Plant Recycling Plant Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an in office role where you will be responsible for operating and monitoring fixed recycling plant equipment to ensure the safe and efficient processing of recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor fixed recycling plant equipment.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine plant checks.
- Monitor plant performance and identify operational issues.
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping duties.
- Safely load, sort, and process recyclable materials.
- Complete production and maintenance records accurately.
- Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and operations teams to minimise downtime.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience operating fixed plant or industrial processing equipment (preferred).
- Experience in the recycling, waste, quarry, manufacturing, or processing industries is highly regarded.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- A current driver's licence (preferred).
- Forklift ticket, loader, or excavator experience is advantageous but not essential.
