Each client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio, and move into Team Leader roles if desired.
What sets this role apart:
- Salary $85,000 – $100,000 (DOE) + Super + Incentives
- Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends

Your day-to-day:
- Manage your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
- Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care
- Conduct routine inspections and detailed reporting
- Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation
