We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer, who will be responsible for ensuring all plant, equipment, and facilities are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient working condition. This role supports operational productivity by minimising downtime, improving asset lifespan, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

You will ideally bring:

- Strong mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- A practical, hands-on approach to fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.

- The ability to diagnose problems quickly and develop practical solutions.

- A strong understanding of workplace safety and safe maintenance practices.

- Experience maintaining machinery, tools, plant, equipment and facilities.

- The ability to work independently while also working effectively with production and management teams.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage preventative maintenance schedules and competing priorities.

- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in continuous improvement and equipment reliability.

- Good communication skills and the confidence to coordinate with external contractors and service providers.

- The initiative to identify problems, recommend improvements and take ownership of getting things fixed properly.
