Project Manager – Albury

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven Project Manager to join our Transformation team, working on delivering a portfolio of strategic projects.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation and working in our dedicated project team, this role is key in delivering on our ambitious 5-year strategy.

The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with a variety of leaders and projects, across the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scoping, business case development, initiation, implementation and finalisation to hand over to business to usual. A focus on effective project and change management is critical, as is a keen eye on reporting, testing and compliance requirements.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Albury, NSW with adaptable working arrangements, such as Working from Home available.

What you can expect

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will:

- Develop, document and deliver projects professionally, to the highest quality, on time and on budget
- Lead project teams to implement approved business cases, including management of all aspects of the project life-cycle
- Lead and support continuous improvement of change management processes and the effective implementation of change initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scope and develop business cases
- Support internal stakeholders to build capability and apply Hume’s Change Management Methodology to projects

About you:To be successful in the role, you’ll bring:

- Diploma in Business, Project Management or related discipline is desirable
- Certificate in PMBOK,



Prince2 or Agile is advantageous
- Experience working across multi-faceted projects, and providing coaching, mentoring and training to others
- Experience working on Origination or Payment transformation projects is advantageous
- Experience with business case writing and reporting using defined templates
- Demonstrated success in effectively delivering concurrent business-wide projects
- Outstanding time-management and organisational skills
- Independent and effective research skills
- Experience with Business analysis and solutions design, including process improvement

Our process

- Once the role is closed, we review all applications against the requirements, creating a shortlist for further review.

- We conduct two rounds of interviews, with the first interview being held with the supervisor and a member of our People Team. You may be invited back to a shorter second round interview with the head of the department.
