What you’ll be doing

• Lead estimating, cost planning and tender preparation for commercial projects.

• Engage early with clients and consultants to shape project outcomes.

• Analyse drawings, specifications and methodologies with a critical lens.

• Drive value engineering and smart construction solutions.

• Build and manage subcontractor pricing and relationships.

• Contribute to how we improve systems, processes and delivery.





What you bring

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction estimating.

• Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing and methodology.

• Ability to interpret drawings and develop accurate cost plans.

• Experience across projects in the $1M–$25M range.

• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve.

• Clear communication and the ability to work as part of a tight team.
