What You'll Be Doing
- Working on production lines to keep things moving smoothly
- Packing, labelling, and conducting quality checks on products
- Assisting with machine operation
- Heavy lifting duties (30kg+) — this role is physical, and we need people who are up for it
- General factory housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse,
or production environment (preferred)
- Comfort with heavy lifting (25kg–30kg+ on a regular basis)
- The ability to keep up in a fast-paced setting with time-sensitive production demands
- A team-first attitude — you follow instructions well and work cooperatively with others
- Physical fitness for repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with operational noise
- Full availability Monday to Friday, every week — consistent attendance is key
- Willingness to commit to a long-term role — we're after people who are looking for stability, not just a short-term fill-in
