What We are Looking For

- 2+ years of agency recruitment experience - you must have previous agency recruitment experience to be considered for our roles
- Confidence generating current business, identifying opportunities and growing accounts.
- Active listening - understanding what clients and candidates actually need, not just what they initially say.
- Resilience, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Credibility in front of candidates and clients
