MCI Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-profile corporate events and experiences for leading Australian and global brands.

From initial concept through to onsite delivery and post-event wrap, you'll take ownership of projects that bring people together, create meaningful engagement and deliver outstanding client outcomes. Working within our Project Delivery team, you'll collaborate with clients, suppliers and colleagues to ensure every event is delivered professionally, commercially and with genuine attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

- Deliver corporate events and experiences from end-to-end
- Manage multiple projects across live, virtual and hybrid formats
- Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers
- Own budgets, timelines, run sheets and project documentation
- Manage risk, issues and project governance
- Collaborate with Client Services, Creative and Production teams
- Support new business proposals and presentations
- Coach and support junior team members

What we're looking for

- 5+ years' experience delivering corporate events within an agency environment
- Solid client and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, timelines and supplier relationships
- Proficiency in EventsAir and/or Cvent
- Experience delivering virtual and hybrid events




- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
