Physiotherapist | Team Lead & New Grad Roles | Community & Aged Care

Full‑time, Melbourne‑based role offering up to $100,000 + Super with minimal back‑office administration support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Full‑time therapists see 5–6 clients per day.
- Client visits are limited to a manageable radius of your home base.
- Administrative tasks—initial assessment booking, follow‑up scheduling, invoicing—handled by a dedicated team.
- Write reports from home or use the practice’s central co‑working hub.

Support and Development

- 4‑week structured induction: observation of OTs, physios, admin and finance.
- Gradual schedule build‑up to ensure a comfortable transition.
- Monthly team days: fully paid non‑clinical day for career development, team building and catered lunch.

Requirements

- Full AHPRA registration.
- Physiotherapy degree.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Valid driver’s licence.
