Service Stream is seeking an experienced Road Maintenance Leading Hand in VIC to support the Civil Maintenance Supervisor with in office leadership of the Maintenance Crew and subcontractors. You will ensure safety, environmental compliance, and high-quality, productive work on site.
Responsibilities include leading safety practices, supervising field resources, coordinating plant and materials, and assisting in KPI delivery.
