Booking Officer

- $75,954 per annum + superannuation
- Full time, fixed term until 26/03/2027
- Wadawurrung / Geelong-based role (hybrid, minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

About the role

The Booking Officer provides operational support and services to schedule Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) for injured workers in accordance with relevant legislation, while actively managing the expectations of insurance agents and medical practitioners.

Key accountabilities:

- Identify the providers that best match booking requests in accordance with defined business guidelines.
- Actively contribute to continual improvement in the system and processes.
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service is provided to all key stakeholders.
- Review inbound booking requests to ensure the utilisation of appointments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all bookings are made in line with Service Level Agreements.

About you

As the ideal candidate, you will possess well-developed time management and organisational skills, with an exceptional eye for detail. You will bring a strong customer service focus and the ability to engage professionally with diverse client and stakeholder groups. Your experience will include a proven track record of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team, showing initiative and a willingness to learn new skills.

Ideally, you will also possess:

- Experience in a similar role undertaking administrative tasks to a high standard
- Accurate and proficient data entry skills.




- Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook is preferred.
