Duty Manager – The Beechmont Hotel, Gold Coast Hinterland

The Beechmont Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team in a full-time, salaried role . Nestled in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland, our venue is one of the region’s most popular pubs and live entertainment destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career and lead a dynamic team within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Opening and closing the venue
- Managing, training, and motivating staff
- Conducting stocktakes and overseeing cash-ups
- Assisting with operational improvements and venue performance

Incentives:

- 38 Hour Work Week

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar management role
- Sound knowledge of TAB and Keno operations
- Current RSA, RSG,



RMLV, and Approved Manager’s Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
