About the Role
Host positions at BOUNCE involve welcoming guests, ensuring a protected and enjoyable experience, and delivering top‑class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly welcome and facilitate their entrance to play areas.
- Assist customers of all ages, including hosting kid’s parties, school groups, and managing dodgeball games.
- Promote safety by monitoring play, providing instructions, and acting as a first responder in case of incidents.
- Support the barista station, serve drinks, and maintain the cleanliness of the venue.
- Encourage participation and create a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Friendly, encouraging, and customer‑focused personality.
- Working with Children check.
- Weekend availability.
- Minimum age 15 years (required to work as a Host).
