2XU is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month contract to shape the employee experience across Retail and DC teams. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a generalist advisor across employee relations, talent management, succession planning, WHS and organisational capability.

You’ll partner with leaders to build leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines and foster a high-performance culture during a period of growth for a global brand.
