Medical and Aged Care Group (MACG) is seeking a senior governance leader to shape risk, compliance and quality across the organisation. You will partner with operational and clinical leaders, translating legislation into practical governance processes that improve resident outcomes.

You will report to the General Manager – Risk & Governance and influence Board strategy while leading enterprise risk management, regulatory readiness and continuous improvement across MACG's aged care services.
