Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two‑year program provides experience across diverse projects through four structured one‑on‑one rotations. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working on projects that deliver meaningful business outcomes. You’ll develop practical data science and analytics skills, contribute to impactful initiatives, and build a strong foundation.

In just two years, you’ll gain access to tailored professional development, blending technical training and essential soft skills to fast‑track your transition from university to industry.

Eligibility

- Successfully completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or Recent Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 valid until the end of 2028.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.

Responsibilities

- Support business operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver quality outcomes.
