We are looking for a dynamic Regional Business Manager to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience excellence across an assigned dealership network.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership
- Deliver sales, profitability, and customer experience targets across assigned dealerships.
- Align dealer operations with national business objectives through strategic guidance and tactical support.
- Contribute to regional campaigns to grow market share and brand presence.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare weekly regional performance reports (including WoW summaries).
- Oversee daily order intake reporting and monthly dealer forecast submissions (target variance +/-10%).
- Analyse enquiries, test drives, and order intake to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market insights.
- Manage Dealer LAM plans and visitation reports, maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and management teams.
- Act as the primary contact for dealership support, resolving operational, stock, and logistics queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Automotive Engineering, or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, business development, or dealer network management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive regional sales growth and commercial performance.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing capability.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and strategically minded with practical problem‑solving ability.
