The Role

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team, working with paediatric NDIS participants across Quakers Hill and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs. This is a mobile, community-based role - you'll see clients in their homes, schools, and community settings, with the flexibility to complete admin, reports, and Telehealth sessions from home.

We offer full-time, part-time, and contractor arrangements, so you can structure work around what suits you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assessing and treating sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and daily living challenges in children and young people
- Developing and delivering individualised therapy programs aligned to NDIS goals
- Completing functional capacity assessments and assistive technology recommendations




- Writing NDIS progress reports and supporting plan reviews
- Collaborating with families, educators, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
- Delivering therapy via home visits, school visits, and telehealth

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with paediatric caseloads - sensory processing, ASD, developmental delay, or school readiness experience highly regarded
- Confident working independently in a mobile/community setting
- Strong report writing and goal-setting skills within the NDIS framework
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
