The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver full end-to-end recruitment practices from Attraction, Sourcing, selection and pre-boarding. They will execute the regional talent acquisition strategy locally focusing on end-to-end proactive hiring, employer branding, university partnerships and reporting.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

- Full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from Attraction, Sourcing, Selection and pre-boarding
- Partnership with HRBPs and Hiring managers to proactively pipeline and source for upcoming vacancies and investments, understanding the business needs and translating this into job requirements
- Work with the Malaysia Sourcing team to build strong pipelines for all sales divisions
- Coordination and execution of recruitment days for volume sales hiring
- Promotion and ambassador for our internal referral program, utilizing referral campaigns to maximize referral applications
- Ensuring fair and equal recruiting practices, including training Hiring Managers through Hilti’s “Hiring the Best People” training
- Providing a best-in-class experience for the candidates

Reporting

- Reporting to local and region HR on hiring & TA KPIs through ATS/HRIS (Time to hire, Time to fill, Source of hire, Diversity etc)
- Tracking recruitment funneling & efficiency

Employer Branding

- Working closely with our Marketing team on employer branding initiatives and roll out of regional/global campaigns
- Selling the Hilti EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to potential candidates
- Supporting line managers to understand the EVP and how to sell Hilti and the role during the interview

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field is a plus
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels




- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Agency recruitment experience is a plus
- Experience of recruiting sales and engineering roles is desirable
- Demonstrable experience in managing high volumes of open positions concurrently
- Experience in sourcing for hard to fill roles utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- A keen learner who seeks opportunities to develop skills and knowledge
- Is proactive and able to work independently
