Role Description

About the Role

The role will include the following activities:

- Review and analysis of tenure agreements to determine property pathway to achieve a property consent;
- Advise team members on property constraints or restrictions to enable a feasible design to be prepared including title searches, copies of lease plans etc.;
- Conduct title searches including document searches, encumbrances etc. that may impact client's tenure or project activities on site;
- Review proposed design drawings to determine property issues and impacting on delivering property consent. Work with SAED Delivery Managers, Design Engineers, RF Engineers and Planning personnel on design changes to achieve project objectives and deliverables;
- Obtain property consent in various forms (as of right, consent, variations, surrender & regrants, lease renewals) including renegotiation of tenure agreements as required to enable SAED completion and build to proceed;
- Address landlord specific concerns, seeking assistance/advice as required, relating to proposed works, build works including impact on subject site, EME issues,



planning issues to enable build access to commence works;
- Obtain client property departmental consents as required to enable SAED completion within project timelines;
- Consult/instruct clients legal representatives and property consults as required on a range of matters including legal instructions for tenure renegotiations, LAAN advice and collaborative solutions to minimise impact on other client projects such as lease renewal activities;
- Prepare/issue co-site notices, e-zone letters, site sharing agreements as required;
- Report on property deliverables and risks and attending meetings as required;
- Any other property related activity required to achieve SAED completion to enable project works to commence.
