Lead Veterinary Surgeon oversees the clinic’s clinical operations, ensuring high standards in assessing, diagnosing, and treatment. This role works closely with the Practice Manager, who supports the clinic & team.
The role offers up to $10,000 relocation allowance to help you settle in Victoria’s picturesque coastal location.

About You
- Compassionate and experienced Veterinarian
- Thrives in a team environment & supportive of others
- Pride in clinical standards and enjoys mentoring others
- Australian Vet Board registration (required)
- 5+ years of clinical experience (required)
- Leadership experience preferred, but new leaders welcomed
