Lead Victoria's Secret Mt Gravatt

Victoria's Secret is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team at Mt Gravatt.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who knows how to inspire a team, drive commercial performance and create an exceptional customer experience.

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of the store, leading your team to achieve sales and KPI targets while building a positive, accountable and high-performing store culture.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the success of Victoria's Secret Mt Gravatt, balancing commercial performance, people leadership, customer experience and operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing the store leadership and wider team

- Driving sales, profitability and KPI performance

- Delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience

- Managing labour budgets, rostering and workforce planning

- Leading recruitment, onboarding and succession planning

- Coaching and developing future leaders within the business

- Driving team engagement, accountability and performance

- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards

- Ensuring strong operational execution, compliance and stock management

- Partnering with your Area and Support Office teams to maximise store performance

- Creating an inclusive, positive and high-performance store culture

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace and genuinely enjoys developing people.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Proven Store Manager experience within fashion, beauty, department stores, big-box or high-volume retail

- Experience leading and developing sizeable retail teams

- A strong commercial mindset with confidence managing sales, KPIs and labour





- Demonstrated experience coaching team members and developing future leaders

- Strong workforce planning, rostering and operational capability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving abilities

- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be present on the shop floor

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- The ability to create a positive, accountable and engaging team culture

- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays

Experience within a high-volume or large-format retail environment will be highly regarded.
