Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Procurement, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the Procurement & Supply Chain teams ensuring stock is purchased, received and allocated on time, coordinating made to order products, and keeping inventory lean and accurate.

In This Role You Will

- Plan purchasing volumes to match customer demand
- Work closely with Sales & Sales Support to respond to changing demand
- Coordinate stock movement to minimise excess inventory
- Spot and report short/long positions and ageing stock
- Manage made‑to‑order production and delivery timelines
- Reconcile journals for accurate financial and inventory tracking
- Process purchase orders and oversee offshore PO activity
- Support broader Procurement & Supply Chain tasks

You'll Thrive Here If You Are
- Experienced (4+ years) in procurement, supply chain or commercial operations
- Analytical, commercially savvy and a confident communicator




- Confident in dealing with a variety of company stakeholders and external contacts
- Calm under pressure and thrive working in quick paced environment.
- Experience with Dairy Ingredients, commodity markets & FX would be advantageous
- Tertiary Education including Agribusiness/ Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Science desirable
