? What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior IT Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for our diverse range of residential and business clients. Every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to flex your problem-solving skills while working with a supportive team that’s as committed to quality service as you are.

- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.

- Server Management: Administer and maintain both on-premises and virtual servers to ensure stability, security, and performance.

- Network Management: Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and routers – keeping our clients connected and secure.

- Client Relationships: Build trust with clients through clear communication, proactive support, and practical solutions.

- MSA Monitoring:



Stay ahead of issues with proactive monitoring, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

- Documentation: Keep accurate technical and client records – because great support comes with great organisation.

? What You’ll Bring

- Solid experience as a Senior IT Technician (or similar role).

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Experience managing and provisioning VoIP phone systems.

- A solid background in server administration and network infrastructure.

- An analytical mind with killer problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication – you can explain tech in plain English.

- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
