Retail Cluster Manager – Pacific Fair – Seed Heritage

We’re looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our passionate team in Pacific Fair by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
- Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- 2+ years experience managing a large flagship store or having exposure managing multiple sites (including concession stores) with a high volume fashion retailer.
- An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.




- A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets.
- The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor.
- Robust interpersonal skills to lead and manage the store teams.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
