What you’ll do

- Lead and grow multiple engineering squads, both locally and internationally
- Build a robust leadership bench and high-performing teams
- Introduce processes, structure, and standards to support delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor and develop engineers and team leads across the organisation

Who we’re looking for

- Proven experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage through to significant scale (think 0 to first 50).
- Comfortable leading multiple teams in high-growth, fast-moving environments
- Skilled at building process and structure while maintaining agility
- A people-first leader focused on delivery, operational excellence, and team development
