Key Responsibilities
As a Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading and growing the firm’s Corporate Litigation practice. You will be responsible for driving business development, building trusted relationships with in‑house legal teams and financial institutions, and overseeing high‑stakes dispute matters. Your remit includes providing strategic advice on breaches of contract, shareholder disputes, and directors’ duties, while also mentoring junior staff and managing the financial performance and profitability of the practice group.
About You
- Significant prior experience as a Partner or senior legal leader with a focus on growing and expanding a litigation practice.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex corporate disputes, including breaches of fiduciary duty and regulatory enforcement actions.
- A deep understanding of corporate litigation law, providing innovative solutions to complex legal challenges and litigation risk.
- Proven ability to drive business development and an entrepreneurial mindset for identifying new market opportunities.
- Strong financial literacy and experience managing revenue targets and operational efficiency.
- Impeccable integrity and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to boards, financial institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
