Luxury Boutique Door Host / Concierge – Waiter Experience

Looking for a change from restaurants or hospitality?

We are seeking confident, well-presented people with experience as a waiter, waitstaff member, restaurant host, concierge, or in hospitality customer service to join a luxury boutique in Sydney CBD.

This is a customer-facing Door Host / Concierge position working alongside the boutique security team. It is not a waiter table-service role and does not perform licensed security duties.

The Role

- Welcome clients and manage entry to the boutique
- Maintain a calm, qualified presence at the entrance
- Communicate clearly with the boutique security team by radio
- Manage queues, busy periods and unexpected situations calmly
- Remain standing, attentive and aware throughout the shift
- Deliver premium customer service in a luxury retail environment

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of waiter, waitstaff, hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience




- Confident and professional communication
- Excellent personal presentation
- Calm, reliable and comfortable dealing with the public
- Strong situational awareness
- Comfortable standing throughout the shift
- Weekend availability

Waiter and hospitality experience is highly transferable to this role. No luxury retail, concierge or door-host experience is required, but relevant experience is welcome.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
