Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses in Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre is an established store for over 9 years. We are a happy vibrant team and seeking a cafe all rounder to provide excellent service to our loyal customers. It is a happy & fun setting to work and chat with loyal customers.
Main duties and responsibilities of this role includes but not limited to:
- Serving customers with a smile, making coffees, taking cake orders and undertaking all other café all rounder duties as required.
- Practice company Policies and Procedures and ensure all safety standards are adhered to including Food Safety processes
The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities with on job training provided as required:
- Coffee making experience highly preferable
- Be available to work weekdays from store opening time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with team members and customers
- Excellent Cash Handling Skills
- Reliable, responsible and highly committed to get the tasks completed
- Positive attitude with lots of initiative, Willingness to learn quickly and be part of a happy vibrant team.
- Be willing and able to work a flexible roster.
Please note: This position is for Weekdays for candidates available to work atleast 3 days during store hours.
