Ann Bakery in Toowoomba is seeking multiple talented Baker to join our dynamic team. As key members of our bakery, you will play acrucial role in creating delicious and high-quality baked goods that delightour customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods inaccordance with established recipes and quality standards.

· Monitoring oven temperatures and assessing product appearance todetermine optimal baking times.

· Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail.

· Examining the quality of raw materials, as well as weighing andmeasuring ingredients to ensure that stocks are received in a properquantity and quality.

· Performing tasks such as kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing,and shaping dough and pastry goods.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene andsafety regulations.

· Collaborate with team members to plan and execute production schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and methods.

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productiondeadlines.





· Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-qualitybaked goods.

· Able to take early shifts or late afternoon shifts

· Willing to live and work in a regional area of Queensland

Salary and Benefits:

· Annual salary ranging from AUD 73,000 to AUD 75,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.

· Full-time position
