About the role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. You'll build our sales pipeline through active prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls for our Business Development Managers. This is a permanent full-time role offering $65,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

- Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Create personalised outreach to generate prospect interest and communicate our value proposition
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule discovery calls with Business Development Managers
- Meet and exceed targets for discovery calls booked and conversion rates




- Maintain detailed notes in HubSpot and keep BDMs briefed before discovery meetings

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably B2B SaaS SDR experience
- Proficiency in cold calling, email sequences, and social selling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
- Results-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection and maintain positivity
- Ability to manage high-volume activities and work collaboratively with the sales team

If you have a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field, that's a bonus.
