About the Role

This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced fencers and tradespeople on residential fencing projects. Experience with fencing is ideal, but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and construction experience.

Duties include:

- Assisting with the installation of fencing and gates across residential sites
- General construction and labouring duties
- Working on projects such as picket fences, boundary fencing, retaining walls and bespoke designs
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, safe worksite
- Following instructions and contributing positively to the team

What We’re Looking For

✅ Previous experience as a skilled labourer or in construction/trades
✅ Fencing experience preferred but not compulsory
✅ Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
✅ Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work
✅ Ability to work well within a small team
✅ White Card and valid driver’s licence
✅ Based in or near Sydney’s North Shore (or willing to travel locally)

or trial employee, with the option to move into a full time role
