Details: Infrastructure Canberra is seeking an experienced and service‑focused leader to oversee the Intake and Security team within Delivery, Places and Spaces. In this role, you will manage the customer contact centre that serves as the first point of contact for ACT Government clients, tenants and service providers. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for receiving, prioritising and allocating maintenance and upgrade works, coordinating trades, monitoring completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate property information. You will also oversee day‑to‑day building security functions, including the management of keys and access systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, procurement and delivering high‑quality property management services that support secure and well‑maintained government facilities.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
- Qualification/s in project management, procurement or building fields are desirable.
Note: This is a temporary position available 24 August 2026 until 24 December 2026 with the possibility of extension up to six months. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
