As a Assistant Store Manager at PocketSavers The Discount Store Plainland, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store by leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day operations, drive sales performance and ensure the store consistently meets our high standards.

A key focus of the role is merchandising, ensuring the store is visually appealing, well-stocked and easy for customers to shop. You will plan and execute promotional and seasonal displays, maintain strong visual presentation standards and ensure products are displayed to maximise sales.

You will also be responsible for stock management, inventory control, team leadership, recruitment,



coaching and creating a positive workplace culture. Maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies driving operational excellence will be essential to your success.
