Position Overview

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be the face of our restaurant — welcoming guests, recommending menu items, managing reservations, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. Your professionalism, communication skills, and teamwork will help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Provide menu recommendations and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining quality presentation.
- Manage reservations and handle customer inquiries (in-person, phone, and online).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.




- Handle payments and deliver receipts accurately.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional service.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
