About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and enjoy adaptable, community-based work.
Casual Award Rates apply for this role.

Responsibilities include:

- Personal Care: Assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Household Support: General cleaning (e.g., sweeping, mopping, laundry), meal preparation, and basic household chores.
- Outdoor/Yard Maintenance: Light gardening, lawn mowing, weeding, and watering.
- Transport & Errands: Supporting clients with appointments, grocery shopping, and community activities.
- Social & Emotional Support: Providing companionship, emotional reassurance,



and assistance with daily routines and schedules.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Studying or completed a Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Allied Health (Allied health students with experience are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Experienced (minimum 1 year preferred) in a similar support role
- First Aid and CPR certified
- Cleared via the NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A holder of a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional in supporting people from diverse backgrounds
- Organised and confident working independently while following care plans accurately

Job Types: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $31.46 – $38.00 per hour
