We are looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Staff member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders at the counter
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Prepare and pack food orders for pickup/delivery
- Answer phone calls and take phone orders
- Keep the counter clean and tidy, and clean all trays
- Handle customer questions and complaints politely
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Available to work weekends/evenings
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Must be reliable and punctual
