Havenly Property is seeking an exceptional Cleaner / Property Presentation Team Member to help maintain our portfolio of premium short-term rental homes across the Gold Coast.

We're not looking for a cleaning contractor who completes a checklist and moves on. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and genuinely cares for every property as if it were their own.

Our owners trust us with valuable homes, and our guests expect every property to be immaculately presented and ready on time. Your role is critical in delivering that experience.

About the role

You'll be responsible for preparing our short-term rental properties between guest stays, ensuring every home meets Havenly's presentation standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and presenting short-term rental properties
- Quarterly deep cleans while onsite
- Making beds and styling properties to a premium standard
- Restocking linen, guest amenities and household supplies
- Collecting and returning stock from our Bundall storage facility
- Completing quality checks before guest arrival
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage and missing inventory immediately
- Working closely with our operations team to ensure every property is guest-ready on time

We're looking for someone who:

- Has exceptional attention to detail




- Takes genuine pride in their work
- Is reliable, organised and punctual
- Can work independently while communicating well with the team
- Understands that presentation matters just as much as cleanliness
- Is comfortable reporting maintenance concerns, damages and missing items
- Is available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required

Essential requirements

- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout the Gold Coast
- While training will be provided, previous cleaning, hotel housekeeping or Airbnb/short-term rental experience is highly regarded
