Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver change management and adoption strategies to support successful implementation of the SDPR Program across MNCLHD.
- Conduct organisational change readiness and cultural assessments to identify opportunities, risks and targeted improvement activities.
- Lead change impact assessments, facilitate stakeholder workshops and document outcomes, risks and mitigation strategies.
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders and implement engagement strategies that encourage consultation, collaboration and commitment to change.
- Drive communication, training and engagement activities that support workforce readiness and adoption.
- Provide expert advice, reports, presentations and updates to stakeholders and program leaders.
- Support program continuity through effective knowledge transfer, stakeholder management and communication planning.
- Coach and support frontline managers and supervisors to effectively lead their teams through change.
- Promote a culture of patient safety, clinical excellence,

innovation and continuous quality improvement.

About You

You are a highly skilled change management professional with demonstrated experience leading change initiatives in large, complex organisations. You are an exceptional communicator and facilitator who can influence, engage and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience developing and implementing organisational change and adoption strategies.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital, clinical or transformational projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess change impacts, organisational readiness and workforce adoption requirements.
- Experience coaching leaders and supporting teams through periods of significant change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation development.
- Knowledge of healthcare environments, clinical workflows or health service delivery will be highly regarded.

At MNCLHD, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative team committed to improving healthcare outcomes for our communities. This role offers a unique prospect to make a lasting impact on the way healthcare is delivered across NSW by supporting one of the state's most significant digital health transformations.

If you are passionate about leading change, building capability and helping people successfully adopt new ways of working, we encourage you to apply.
