About your new role:
As the HR Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes across the business. You'll be responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, preparing employment documentation and providing superior administrative support to the People & Culture team.
This role will provide exposure to every stage of the employee lifecycle and is perfect for someone wanting to build their knowledge in Human Resources.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration including new starters, transfers, promotions and departures
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
- Support onboarding, pre-employment checks and induction processes
- Update and maintain SharePoint and HR documentation
- Assist with HR reporting and system administration
- Provide first point of contact support for HR enquiries
- Ensure all information is processed accurately and confidentially
About You:
You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and can commit to the duration of the role.
- A recent tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office experience, particularly Excel
- Strong systems capability with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Exposure to SuccessFactors and SharePoint (highly regarded)
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities
