Our Client:

Our client has built a commendable business over more than 20 years and continues to experience year on year growth. A small but highly reputable boutique strata agency, they are seeking a current team member to provide key support to the company's portfolios

The Role:

Spanning Compliance and Insurance matters, specific tasks will include:

�� Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards across Fire, Safety, Lifts etc and arrange quotes / works where required

�� Insurance / Claim Management: Gain quotes, advise on claims and support buildings with the process, staying up to date with insurance laws

�� Policy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures

�� Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions to educate staff on compliance requirements and foster a culture of compliance awareness.

�� Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing proactive measures.

�� Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate compliance reports to regulatory authorities and Committees

Requirements:

�� Experience:



Proven experience in a Strata management or compliance role

�� Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly
