About the Role
As the Injury Management Advisor, you will lead injury management and return to work programs, ensuring positive recovery outcomes for employees and volunteers. You will oversee workers' compensation and personal accident claims, provide expert advice on injury management practices, and work closely with operational leaders, healthcare providers, insurers, and key stakeholders to develop effective rehabilitation and return to work plans.
This role plays a critical part in promoting a protected, healthy, and supportive workplace while driving continuous improvement across health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.
