Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – South WA

Perth, WA | Full-time | South of the River & South West

An exciting opportunity to join a leading global biopharmaceutical company as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, managing an established Primary Care territory across South Perth and South West WA.

Working across an innovative portfolio spanning Diabetes, Heart Failure and Chronic Kidney Disease, you'll build relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals, using your commercial skills and scientific knowledge to drive territory performance and support improved patient outcomes.

This opportunity could suit an experienced pharmaceutical sales representative looking for their next move, or someone with a robust scientific, healthcare or commercial background looking to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales.

The role

You'll take ownership of a field-based territory covering areas including Fremantle, Rockingham, Mandurah and regional South West WA.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals

- Promoting a leading portfolio across Diabetes, Heart Failure and Chronic Kidney Disease

- Developing and executing territory plans to achieve sales and customer engagement objectives

- Delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual product presentations

- Organising and participating in medical centre meetings, educational events and customer activities

- Using customer and territory data to identify opportunities and prioritise activity

- Developing strong product, clinical and competitor knowledge

- Working collaboratively with colleagues while independently managing your territory

- Travelling through regional South West WA approximately one week every 5–6 weeks

About you

Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.



We're also interested in speaking with high-potential candidates who can demonstrate strong commercial ability and a genuine interest in building a career within the pharmaceutical industry.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous sales, business development, account management or other relevant customer-facing experience

- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health or Business

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- High energy, drive and a clear achievement orientation

- Evidence of delivering against targets or achieving strong results

- Resilience, perseverance and the ability to work autonomously

- Strong planning and organisational skills

- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and be coached

- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence

Experience within Primary Care, pharmaceutical sales or Diabetes would be particularly attractive.
