As part of the St Albans Hospitality Group, you'll be joining a collection of Brisbane's leading hospitality venues, including Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster and Sunshine. Your Role

As a Section Waiter, you'll take ownership of your section, delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service while creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. You'll work alongside a passionate team in a rapid-paced, premium restaurant where exceptional hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service within your own section.

- Build genuine connections with guests and create memorable dining experiences.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of our food, wine and beverage offerings.





- Work closely with the management team to deliver seamless service.

- Support and mentor junior team members when required.

- Maintain exceptional presentation and attention to detail.

- Ensure service standards are consistently delivered throughout every shift.

- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused culture.

About You

You'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a quality restaurant.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge.

- A warm, professional and engaging personality.

- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- A current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
