The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows the blue-collar mining market and is ready for the next step.
You'll take ownership of an established 180° recruitment desk, partnering with our national Business Development team to connect skilled mining professionals with opportunities across Australia's resource sector.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has proven recruitment experience
- Thrives building long-term candidate relationships
- Understands the pace and demands of blue-collar mining recruitment
- Wants greater influence and responsibility
- Has ambitions to step into leadership

You'll be trusted to run your desk while receiving the coaching, support and development needed to progress into future Team Leader and Management opportunities.
