Salon Lio is looking for an Operations Manager to support the rhythm of the salon and become an important part of our team.
This is a people-first role. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations while helping maintain the calm, team-oriented culture we’re known for. You’ll be the connection between the owner, the team and our clients — creating consistency, supporting those around you and ensuring every part of the salon runs with intention.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the salon, working closely with the owner and team to keep things organised, efficient and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the salon
- Supporting and coordinating the salon team
- Managing rosters, schedules and day-to-day staffing
- Supporting the client experience and handling client enquiries
- Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships
- Supporting payroll, timesheets and general administration
- Maintaining salon standards, presentation and organisation
- Supporting team communication and training
- Managing systems and processes to keep the salon running efficiently
- Working closely with the owner on the ongoing growth and development of the business
About You

Previous experience in salon, beauty, hospitality, retail or a similar operations or management role would be highly regarded.
